Ingredients

1 bell pepper , any color
8 ounces cream cheese , softened
1 , 1 ounce
2 teaspoons bacon bits

Instructions

1 Preheat an air fryer to 390 degrees F (199 degrees C) according to manufacturer's instructions.
2 Quarter the bell pepper lengthwise. Remove stem, membrane, and seeds; discard. Cut each quarter in half lengthwise.
3 Mix cream cheese, ranch dip mix, and bacon bits together in a bowl until evenly combined. Using a spoon, divide mixture between pepper slices, about 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons per slice.
4 Place stuffed bell peppers in the basket of the air fryer. Cook until cheese filling is lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Check after 8 minutes as air fryers vary.
