0.67 cups vegetable oil
3 large eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
0.5 teaspoons salt
0.5 teaspoons baking soda
1.25 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease two 9x5-inch loaf pans.

Combine Amish bread starter with oil, eggs, 2 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon baking soda, 1 ¼ teaspoons baking powder, and 1 teaspoon vanilla in a large bowl; mix well.
