  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease 18 muffin cups or line with paper liners.
  2. 2 Stir flour, sugars, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, salt, and nutmeg together in a large bowl; form a well in the center. Add milk, melted butter, and beaten eggs to the well and mix until smooth. Stir in cranberries, apple, hazelnuts, and figs until incorporated. Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups, about 3/4 full.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean, 15 to 20 minutes.
