1.5 teaspoons vanilla extract

3 cups rolled oats
1 cup dried cranberries

Beat butter, brown sugar, and white sugar with an electric mixer in a large bowl until smooth. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then stir in orange zest, vanilla extract, and orange extract.

Whisk flour, baking soda, and cinnamon together in a separate bowl; stir into butter mixture. Stir in oats and cranberries.

Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
