Ingredients

• 1.13 cups water
• 2 tablespoons molasses
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1.5 cups rye flour
• 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
• 0.75 teaspoons caraway seed
• 2 teaspoons bread machine yeast

Instructions

1. 1 Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
2. 2 Select the Basic cycle, and press Start.
