Ingredients
1.25 cups sifted all-purpose flour
0.5 teaspoons baking powder
0.5 teaspoons baking soda
0.25 teaspoons salt
1 cup dates

1 cup unsalted butter
, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper.

Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together in a bowl. Transfer 1/2 cup to a smaller bowl; add dates and toss to coat.

5
Cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes before cutting into 36 bars.
