Deli tray with scary meat head. Super simple to do. For the tray, use the kinds of meats and cheeses you like (we used turkey, ham, roast beef, mild Cheddar, jalapeno Jack, and Colby Jack cheeses).

  1. 1 Wash and dry a plastic skull. Smear skull with cream cheese.
  2. 2 Place a single layer of ham all over the skull, leaving eyes and teeth uncovered.
