This Halloween zombie meatloaf recipe is something I threw together for our family's special Halloween night. The boys absolutely loved it, and I think this will be an annual tradition in our household from now on!

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil; lightly grease foil.
  2. 2 Combine ground beef, onion, crackers, milk, Cheddar cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoned salt in a bowl; transfer mixture to the prepared baking sheet. Form into a skull shape, leaving holes for eye sockets and a mouth. Place hard-boiled egg halves into eye sockets, shaping meatloaf mixture around them to hold in place.
  3. 3 Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and barbecue sauce in a bowl until smooth; spread 1/2 on meatloaf, including eyes and mouth.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, 50 to 60 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
  5. 5 Place garlic pieces (teeth) into the mouth. Brush remaining sauce over meatloaf or serve on the side.
