Marinated Baked Pork Chops

A 15-minute pork chop marinade makes these pork chops moist and flavorful. My family loves this recipe. It is quick, easy, and makes for a tasty weekday supper. I often double the sauce to serve over rice.

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 Thoroughly blend oil, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and lemon juice in a small bowl.
  3. 3 Place pork chops in a medium baking dish. Pour 1/2 of the sauce over chops.
  4. 4 Bake pork chops in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Flip chop and cover with remaining sauce. Continue baking until the internal temperature of the chops reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C), about 30 minutes longer.
