  1. 1 Place oats in a blender and process until they form a fine flour. You need 1 cup blended oats.
  2. 2 Mash banana in a glass or microwave-safe dish. Mix in cinnamon and vanilla. Pour in blended oats and baking soda and mix to combine. Stir in milk until well combined.
  3. 3 Cook in the microwave until set, about 2 minutes. Allow to cool before eating.
