Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons orange zest , for sugar rim
• 1 lime wedge
• 3 tequila
• 2 ounces orange juice
• 1 ounce lime juice
• 1 ounce triple sec
• 1 vanilla ice cream , softened
• ice as needed
• 2 slices orange or lemon , for garnish

Instructions

1. 1 Gather all your ingredients.
2. 2 Mix orange zest, sugar, and salt together on a small plate
3. 3 Rim 2 glasses with lime wedge and rotate in the orange zest mixture.
4. 4 Combine tequila, orange juice, lime juice, triple sec, and ice cream in a cocktail shaker.
5. 5 Fill cocktail shaker with ice and shake very well. Strain into the orange-rimmed glasses and garnish with an orange or lemon slice
