You'd never know these yummy little peanut butter energy balls are actually healthy! The main ingredients in this recipe are wheat germ and peanut butter, so they are full of protein! Kids love them! You can add chocolate chips, raisins, or coconut to the mix. Rolling in coconut is also delicious!

  1. 1 Combine wheat germ, peanut butter, honey, and milk powder in a bowl; shape into 20 bite-sized balls. Arrange balls on a plate.
