Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line cups with paper liners.

Combine flour, oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and cloves in a medium bowl.

Combine butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a separate bowl; beat with an electric mixer on low speed until moistened. Add yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract: increase speed to medium. Beat in pumpkin purée and mashed bananas: fold in chocolate chips and pecans. Stir flour mixture into batter.

Combine granola, chocolate chips, and pecans in the same medium bowl.
