Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line cups with paper liners.
  2. 2 Combine flour, oat flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and cloves in a medium bowl.
  3. 3 Combine butter, brown sugar, and white sugar in a separate bowl; beat with an electric mixer on low speed until moistened. Add yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract: increase speed to medium. Beat in pumpkin purée and mashed bananas: fold in chocolate chips and pecans. Stir flour mixture into batter.
  4. 4 Combine granola, chocolate chips, and pecans in the same medium bowl.
  5. 5 Spoon batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each 2/3 full. Sprinkle with granola topping.
  6. 6 Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
