This burger seasoning is what I use to season my hamburger patties before cooking them. It gives them a wonderful gourmet flavor that makes a so-so hamburger extraordinary. Season your burgers just before grilling or sprinkle over top while pan-frying. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon paprika
1.25 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
0.5 teaspoons brown sugar
0.5 teaspoons garlic powder
0.5 teaspoons onion powder
0.25 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper

Instructions

1 Gather all ingredients.
2 Combine paprika, salt, pepper, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne in an airtight container.
3 Seal and shake to combine. Store in a cool, dry place between uses.
