Ingredients

1 cup white sugar
0.5 cups butter , melted and slightly cooled
2 large eggs , beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
0.25 cups all-purpose flour
0.25 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips , Optional
1 , 9 inch

Instructions

1 Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2 Stir sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla together in a bowl.
3 Mix flour and cocoa powder together in a separate bowl. Pour in wet ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour batter into pie shell.
4 Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve hot.
