Ingredients

• 1 pound mild Italian sausage
• 25 ounces cheese ravioli
• 6 ounces spinach leaves
• 1 , 24-ounce
• 1 , 6-ounce
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

1. 1 Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. 2 Crumble sausage into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Drain.
3. 3 Meanwhile, bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Boil ravioli for 2 minutes; drain.
4. 4 Spread drained sausage in the bottom of a 3-quart casserole dish. Top with ravioli.
5. 5 Layer spinach over ravioli. Pour vodka sauce evenly over spinach. Spoon pesto evenly over the top. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. 6 Bake in the preheated oven until cheese is melted and ravioli is heated through, about 35 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
