These apple pancakes are perfect for a weekend breakfast or brunch. One batch is never enough for my family! I recommend eating these pancakes with hot cinnamon syrup.

  1. 1 Gather all ingredients.
  2. 2 Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon together in a large bowl.
  3. 3 Make a well in the center and add milk, melted butter, and egg; mix until smooth. Stir grated apple into pancake batter until just combined.
  4. 4 Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake; cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. 5 Flip and cook until browned on the other side. Repeat with remaining pancake batter.
  6. 6 Serve and enjoy!
