These apple pancakes are perfect for a weekend breakfast or brunch. One batch is never enough for my family! I recommend eating these pancakes with hot cinnamon syrup.

Lemony Marshmallow Glaze
Tried this when I didn't have any confectioners' sugar. I poured this over an angel food cake and had a few tablespoons left over. My husband almost ate the entire cake and spooned the leftover glaze onto his slices. Would also recommend this for pound cake, sponge cake, and cookies.
Pulled Pork Grilled Cheese
Smoke your own pork roast or use prepared pulled pork for these smoky, cheesy pulled pork sandwiches.
Leftover Champagne Pancakes
What do you do with that leftover Champagne after New Year's Eve or brunch? Make pancakes of course! These taste delicious with macerated fruits and accompanied by a glass of champagne.
