  2. 2 Whisk eggs, sugars, oil, and vanilla together in a large bowl until well blended. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  3. 3 Stir flour mixture into egg mixture until well combined. Fold in zucchini, apple, and walnuts until evenly distributed.
