  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Coat a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Arrange banana halves in the prepared baking dish. Drizzle with maple syrup; sprinkle with cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg. Cover dish with aluminum foil.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until heated through, 10 to 15 minutes.
