  1. 1 Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. 2 Mix sour cream, condensed soup, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl.
  3. 3 Stir in Cheddar cheese, green onions, and hash brown potatoes until well mixed.
