  2. 2 Mix meat, stuffing mix, water, and eggs until blended. Shape into 50 (1 1/2-inch) meatballs; arrange in a single layer on 2 foil-lined 15x10-inch pans or shallow baking pans sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. 3 Bake until internal temperature of meatballs reaches 160 degrees F (70 degrees C), about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, bring jelly and chili sauce to boil in large saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4 Add meatballs to sauce; stir to evenly coat.
