These chewy coconut macaroons are very simple to make with flaked coconut and easy ingredients you're sure to have at hand. This recipe has won many first-place blue ribbons at my state fair!

  1. 1 Gather all ingredients.
  2. 2 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  3. 3 Stir coconut, flour, and salt together in a large bowl. Mix in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla using your hands until well blended.
  4. 4 Use a small ice cream scoop to drop coconut mixture onto the prepared cookie sheets.
  5. 5 Bake in the preheated oven until coconut is toasted, about 12 to 15 minutes .
  6. 6 Enjoy!
