Calabacita con Puerco (Pork with Squash)
Calabacita con puerco (pork with sausage) is a classic Tex-Mex dish that is slightly different everywhere you find it. This is my grandmother's version, which I think is the best! Serve with hot corn tortillas.

A tangy, ooey gooey omelet sure to please the pampered palette. I like to use Dubliner Irish cheese instead of Parmesan if I can get it.
Buckeyes
Buckeyes are peanut butter fudge candy balls dipped in chocolate. They're called buckeyes because they look like the nuts that grow on Ohio buckeye trees. This recipe for buckeye candy is so good that I double it whenever I make it.
