Baked Potato Chips
Homemade baked potato chips need only 3 ingredients, and once you perfect these you'll never go back to bagged potato chips again. This is a basic recipe, seasoned only with salt, but the possible flavor combinations are endless. You don't even need to peel the potatoes! All ovens are not created equal, so paying close attention at the end helps to get the perfect doneness. If the chips need more cooking time, check them every 2 minutes—they brown quickly.
The Best Brownies
Everybody says their brownies are the best, but these really are the best. They feature the "holy trinity" of brownie perfection-a crispy, flaky top, chewy edges, and a fudgy center. Serve with a glass of ice cold milk.
How to Make Pico de Gallo
Sometimes when you eat authentic Mexican food, they give you this salsa stuff made with tomatoes, onions, and jalapeños. You can add a squeeze of lime juice to pico de gallo, but I prefer this basic recipe. Once you serve this with your Mexican dish such as tacos, you will want it with all your Mexican dishes!
