3 cups low-fat cottage cheese
2 packages sugar-free lemon flavored Jell-O® mix , 0.3 ounce
1 container lite frozen whipped topping , 8 ounce

Instructions

1 Gather the ingredients.
2 Place the cottage cheese in a food processor and blend until creamy.
3 Whisk in the flavored gelatin powder, then fold in the thawed whipped topping. Refrigerate until serving.
