Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 0.5 cups confectioners' sugar
• 2.25 cups all-purpose flour
• 0.75 cups chopped walnuts
• 0.25 teaspoons salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 0.33 cups confectioners' sugar for decoration

Instructions

1. 1 Combine all ingredients, mix well.
2. 2 Refrigerate dough until chilled.
3. 3 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Roll dough into 1-inch balls and bake for 15 minutes in the oven.
4. 4 Once baked, roll while still hot in confectioners' sugar until coated. Let cool. Lightly dust with more confectioners' sugar.
