Instructions

1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.
2. 2 Beat pumpkin, eggs, applesauce, and vanilla together in a large bowl until well combined. Stir in cake mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves until well blended and creamy. Drop by spoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheets.
3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until the tops are firm when lightly touched, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool on wire racks.
