This banana ice cream is very simple and easy to make in a blender with frozen bananas, milk, and cream. No need for sugar if you use sweet, ripe bananas. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as my family does!

Ingredients

4 ripes bananas , sliced
0.5 cups milk
0.5 cups heavy whipping cream

Instructions

1 Gather all ingredients.
2 Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange banana slices on paper and freeze until solid, at least 2 hours.
3 Peel bananas from the parchment paper and place in the blender. Add milk and cream and blend until smooth.
4 Serve banana ice cream as-is, or transfer to a sealable container and freeze until desired consistency.
