0.5 teaspoons baking soda
0.67 cups vegetable oil

0.5 cups boiling water
2 cups white sugar

1.33 cups all-purpose flour

Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch pan.
