These gochujang scrambled eggs are both sweet and savory, and the Korean chile paste adds just the right amount of spice. I like to take it up a notch by adding deli ham.

  1. 1 Whisk eggs, heavy cream, and gochujang in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. 2 Melt butter in a skillet. Add egg mixture and ham,, and cook and stir until eggs are scrambled and cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with green onions.
