  1. 1 Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. 2 Combine ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, sugar, chili powder, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, black pepper, and ground cloves in a small bowl; set aside. Slice lemon into 8 wedges; set aside. Brush corn with olive oil.
  3. 3 Grill corn on the preheated grill, flipping every few minutes, until lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
  4. 4 Dip lemon wedges into spice mixture: rub over each ear corn.
