Healthier Poppy Seed Salad Dressing for 2

I'm always trying to make lighter salad dressings. Recently, I learned the trick of using water and cornstarch to replace most of the oil in dressing recipes. This version is much healthier and soo yummy!

  1. 1 Mix water, vinegar, sugar, olive oil, cornstarch, salt, onion powder, mustard powder, and poppy seeds in a saucepan. Bring mixture to boil; cook, whisking constantly, until dressing is thickened, 30 seconds. Remove from heat and cool.
