Ingredients

• 1 package ground pork breakfast sausage , 16 ounce
• 8 large eggs
• 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup , 10.50 ounce
• 1.25 cups milk
• 1 can sliced mushrooms , 4.5 ounce
• 1 package frozen potato rounds , 32 ounce
• 0.5 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
2. 2 Cook sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat until evenly browned. Drain and set aside.
3. 3 Beat eggs, soup, and milk together in a large bowl. Stir in sausage and mushrooms. Add to the prepared baking dish. Stir in frozen potato rounds.
4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until heated through, 45 to 50 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese, and bake until cheese melts, 10 minutes more.
