Homemade Caesar Dressing

Servings:

This homemade Caesar dressing is easy to make and better tasting than anything I have found in a store. It has kept in the fridge for up to 2 weeks in a sealed container, but I normally finish it off way before then. In a matter of minutes you will have freshly made dressing with a great flavor and only one thing to wash—definitely a crowd pleaser at my house.

  1. 1 Put mayonnaise, anchovies, Parmesan cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a food processor. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste, and add a pinch of cayenne if you want a little kick. Blend another 20 seconds to mix well.
