  1. 1 Gather all ingredients. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat, 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. 2 Brush carrots with oil and grill, covered, over direct heat until fork tender and lightly charred, 14 to16 minutes.
  3. 3 Meanwhile whisk together honey, gochujang, butter, lime juice, salt, and crushed red pepper, if using, in a small bowl.
  4. 4 Brush cooked carrots with honey mixture, and grill 1 minute more.
  5. 5 Transfer carrots to a serving platter. Drizzle with remaining honey mixture.
  6. 6 Sprinkle with cilantro to serve.
