  1. 1 Combine cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Italian salad dressing in a bowl until well blended.
  2. 2 Spread half the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge. Evenly scatter lettuce over cream cheese spread, and top with banana peppers.
  3. 3 Evenly layer salami, ham, capicola, and provolone on each tortilla and top with roasted red peppers.
  4. 4 Roll up tightly, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Use a sharp serrated knife to slice into 1-inch pinwheels, and serve.
