  1. 1 Crumble ground beef into a large stockpot over medium-high heat; add onion. Cook and stir until beef is evenly browned, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain; discard grease.
  2. 2 Pour in spaghetti sauce, water, tomatoes, beans, mushrooms, pepperoni, bouillon, chili powder, and sugar; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until flavors blend, about 30 minutes.
  3. 3 Transfer chili to bowls; garnish with Cheddar cheese to serve.
