  1. 1 Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. 2 To make the dip: Cook and stir bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat until crisp, about 10 minutes. Transfer with a slotted spoon to a paper towel-lined plate lined to drain.
  3. 3 Stir cream cheese, mayonnaise, Cheddar, mozzarella, green onion, jalapeño peppers, and bacon together in a bowl; spread into a 9-inch round baking dish.
  4. 4 To make the topping: Mix crackers, Parmesan, and melted butter together in a bowl. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
  5. 5 Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, 20 to 30 minutes. Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
