  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a loaf dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Mix ground beef, ground turkey, eggs, Cheddar cheese, Worcestershire, Italian seasoning, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Place in the prepared pan. Cover.
  3. 3 Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
