  2. 2 Stir together cheese, milk, oats, egg, and salt in a large bowl. Mix in ground beef until well combined. Form mixture into 8 mini meatloaves; place in the prepared baking dish.
  3. 3 Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard in a small bowl; stir well. Spread over each meatloaf.
  4. 4 Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (72 degrees C).
