Ingredients

16 ounces sour cream
0.5 cups mayonnaise
1 1 ounce) packet au jus mix
1 , 1 ounce
0.75 cups peppers
3 tablespoons pepperoncini brine from the jar
potato chips for serving

Instructions

1 Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, au jus mix, and ranch seasoning in a bowl and stir well. Fold in 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon peppers and brine into sour cream mixture until well combined.
2 Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with remaining chopped peppers. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with potato chips.
