This Mississippi pot roast dip tastes like the creamy version of pepperoncini beef. Ranch seasoning and au jus mix plus sour cream and zesty pepperoncini are the easiest and best potato chip dipper ever.
Ingredients
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 0.5 cups mayonnaise
- ounce) packet au jus mix
- 1 packet ranch seasoning , 1 ounce
- 0.75 cups peppers
- 3 tablespoons pepperoncini brine from the jar
- potato chips for serving

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, au jus mix, and ranch seasoning in a bowl and stir well. Fold in 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon peppers and brine into sour cream mixture until well combined.

Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with remaining chopped peppers. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with potato chips.
