Ingredients
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 0.5 cups mayonnaise
- 1 1 ounce) packet au jus mix
- 1 , 1 ounce
- 0.75 cups peppers
- 3 tablespoons pepperoncini brine from the jar
- potato chips for serving

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, au jus mix, and ranch seasoning in a bowl and stir well. Fold in 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon peppers and brine into sour cream mixture until well combined.

Transfer dip to a serving bowl and top with remaining chopped peppers. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with potato chips.
