1.25 cups margarine
0.75 cups firmly packed brown sugar
0.5 cups white sugar
1 egg
, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1.5 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
0.5 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
0.25 teaspoons ground nutmeg
0.13 teaspoons ground cloves
3 cups rolled oats
2 ripes bananas
, sliced
1.5 cups raisins
1 cup flaked coconut

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.

In a large bowl, cream together margarine, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves; stir into creamed mixture until well blended. Stir in oats, bananas, raisins, and coconut, one at a time using a wooden spoon. Drop by rounded spoonfuls 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets.

Bake for 11 to 13 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 1 minute before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
