Old Virginia Wassail Cider
A quick and delicious hot cider drink that's great for cold-weather entertaining. This old-fashioned wassail recipe is always a big hit with young and old! Cloves can be placed into cheesecloth or a teabag infuser for easy removal if desired. A cinnamon stick in each cup makes a nice garnish.
Coconut Cupcakes
A white cake recipe with a coconut twist. I had some coconut in my fridge that needed to be used, and this is what I came up with. If you want a more intense coconut flavor, add a teaspoon or two of coconut extract. Try putting your coconut in a food processor or blender if you prefer a smoother-textured cupcake. This is the first recipe I've come up with on my own, so any suggestions would be appreciated.
Dill Pickle Salsa
This pickle salsa combines dill pickles with salsa ingredients. Dill pickles are probably my greatest food vice, with a good salsa being a close second. Why not combine them?
