12 ounces spaghetti
14 ounces diced tomatoes
1 whole onion , thinly sliced
4 pieces garlic , minced
2 cups vegetable broth
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 whole fresh basil , handful
⅞ to_tastes salt and pepper
⅞ to_tastes Parmesan cheese
Instructions

In a large pot, combine spaghetti, tomatoes, onion, garlic, and vegetable broth. Add oregano, salt, and pepper.

Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer. Cook uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 10 minutes or until the pasta is al dente.

Stir in fresh basil and serve with optional cheese topping.
