  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Arrange pork tenderloins in the prepared baking dish.
  3. 3 Mix together bread crumbs, parsley, Parmesan cheese, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a medium bowl until well combined; set aside.
  4. 4 Stir together mustard and garlic in a small bowl until well combined, then spread over pork. Sprinkle bread crumb mixture over mustard coating.
  5. 5 Bake pork in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Allow pork to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
