Peach Cobbler Dump Cake

Servings:

This peach cobbler dump cake is made with canned peaches and has a homemade cake batter that's incredibly easy to make with flour, milk, and sugar. It's oh-so-yummy, especially when served hot and topped with vanilla ice cream. I have been making this recipe for my family and friends for over 25 years.

Instructions

  1. 1 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place butter in a 1 ½-quart baking dish and put in the oven to melt while it preheats.
  2. 2 Remove melted butter from the oven and set aside to cool, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3 Mix flour, sugar, milk, and 1 teaspoon cinnamon together in a bowl until well combined. Gently pour batter into the middle of the melted, cooled butter; do not stir. Pour peaches and juice into the center of the batter; once again, it is important you do not stir. Sprinkle cinnamon on top, a little at a time.
  4. 4 Bake in the preheated oven until brown and bubble, 30 to 60 minutes; cooking time will vary depending on the wetness of the ingredients.
