Ingredients

1.5 fluids ounces limoncello
4 basils leaves
1 tablespoon agave syrup
2 fluids ounces pineapple juice

Instructions

1 Place limoncello, basil, and agave syrup into a cocktail shaker and mash well with a cocktail muddler. Pour in pineapple juice and ice, cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into 2 chilled martini or champagne glasses, filling glasses halfway up.
2 Top glasses off with prosecco and garnish with a pineapple wedge or lemon wedge.
