  1. 1 Combine ketchup, water, relish, brown sugar, cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce in a large saucepan. Season with liquid smoke, cinnamon, black pepper, and garlic salt. Bring to a simmer over low heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  2. 2 Shred ham and stir into the mixture. Simmer longer if desired, then serve hot on hamburger buns.
