1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
1.5 cups rolled oats
0.5 cups pumpkin puree
0.5 cups sugar-free maple-flavored syrup
0.25 cups shredded coconut
2 tablespoons unsalted butter

0.5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
0.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
0.25 teaspoons salt

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix pumpkin seeds, oats, pumpkin puree, maple-flavored syrup, coconut, butter, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt together in a bowl until well combined. Spread mixture evenly over the prepared baking sheet.
